Cynthia Ferris
At the same time, she and her husband were faced with the care of his father on the west coast which presented the unique challenges of long-distance care. These events led to a crash course in the senior care industry and her unending dedication to helping seniors and families in similar circumstances. When not working Cynthia enjoys cooking, gardening and traveling with a focus on visiting State and National Parks.

Katie Webster
Katie, originally from New York, has lived in Texas for almost 20 years and is a wife of 21 years and mother of 3 children. Katie began her career at State Street Bank in Boston on the Trade Floor before starting a family and relocating to Texas. She spent a few years teaching special education and working with animal rescue non-profits before shifting her career into home health.
Katie has been working in the home health industry for the last 15 years as an office manager and alternate administrator. She was drawn to home health to help people of all ages receive the care they need on their terms. When Katie is not working, she loves hiking with her dogs, enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors and exercising.
Tristen O’Briant
Tristen joined Ray of Sunshine Senior Care in February 2017 as the Administrative Assistant. By early 2018 she became Ray of Sunshine’s Referral Coordinator. The Referral Coordinator is a key administrative position that collaborates with our incredible clients and their families to ensure they find their best caregiver.
Not only does she focus on ensuring you or your loved one gets the care they deserve but looks to develop an ongoing friendship between clients, families, our office and caregivers. She and her husband are North Texas natives and are raising a beautiful daughter right in the heart of Denton. When she’s not working, you can find her out on the town or exploring nature with her family.
